Calling all club members!
The Club's Board of Directors has developed updated bylaws for our club. This initiative was launched as part of actions required to be compliant under changes to Ontario's Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (“ONCA”) which passed into law in October 2021. The law now requires compliance by all affected organizations by October 2024.
The proposed amended bylaws for the Waterloo County Rugby Football Club can be found at this link. The minutes have been reviewed and augmented several time by the Board; this final-draft copy is provided so club members can inspect them prior to the next AGM. Leading up to the AGM, any club member can provide comments on this document by sending them to Club President, Josh Windsor, using the contact form found here. The Board would like to encourage all club members to provide feedback, and thanks all who undertake this effort.
