Rugby 7's is a fast paced game played with 7 athletes from one team who play for two 7 minute halves. For those who have not seen it played before, that may not sound like a challenge. For those who have played, it is a gut-busting adventure that opens up the field for more scores!

Junior Fall 7's is open to all U14, U16 and U18 athletes. We will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays at Bluevale from 6pm to dark. Tournaments will be on Sundays and typically take most of the day. We will aim to get into four tournaments over the season (September and October). Based on our tournament results, we hope to be invited to the Fall 7's Junior Cup Finals on the weekend of October 26/27.

The fee for Junior 7's is $120 per athlete for 2024. This is based on the athlete having played for Waterloo County in the 2024 summer season. If you are a new player and have not played for Waterloo County in 2024, other charges will apply.

Registration has been pushed by Rugby Ontario so we need to register teams on Monday, August 26th and want to ensure the right number of teams are registered. Our goal is to maximize playing time for our athletes and will keep teams between 10-14 as a result.
