PART 1 - MANDATORY. You MUST be registered or register as a CLUB MEMBER only or CLUB MEMBER and PARENT only (if you are registering a child 16 and under) on our County Website.

If you are newly registering as a CLUB MEMBER and PARENT you MUST include your kids and their birthdates as they will be linked to you. Please see below.

1. Click JOIN COUNTY WEBSITE if you are not already a MEMBER
2. Fill in the info and join our website as a CLUB MEMBER (only) or as a CLUB MEMBER and PARENT if you are registering your kids.
3. Important - You will receive an email from us. Click on CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS.
4. Players will be MEMBERS only until they do PART 2 below. Once we are notified that they are registered and insured with Rugby Canada we will
upgrade them to their PLAYER status on a team.

PART 2 - Register and pay your fees as a PLAYER/COACH/MANAGER/REFEREE with Rugby Ontario

1. On the top of our homepage click COUNTY REGISTRATION and PAYMENT 2025 link.
2. Chose the SINGLE ROLE (Coach, Match Official, Player)
3. Chose MULTIPLE ROLE option if you have more than one role in the club.
4. Create a new account (if you are new) or login under last year's account, fill in all info and pay the online fees for 2025.
5. Once we receive notice that this is done we will put you or your child onto a team on our website.
